Preschool Dance Classes in Worthing

Story-led Movers classes where 3 and 4 year olds learn to listen, move and express themselves, and have a wonderful time doing it.

About these classes

Learning through imaginative play

Preschool Movers classes are themed around seasons, stories and adventures. Each week we learn a little ballet, but the focus is on musicality, expression and coordination. We weave in as much of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework as possible to help prepare your child for school. They just won't realise they're learning, because it's all imaginative fun.

What your child will enjoy

  • Seasonal themes, stories and adventures
  • Musicality, coordination and balance
  • Early ballet steps and positions
  • Listening and turn-taking skills that support EYFS

These are independent classes for children starting activities without a parent in the room. Please book the day and time you'd like to enrol for, so your child's taster is with the teacher they'll have going forward.

Class times

  • Movers: Mondays 9.15–9.45am
  • Movers: Thursdays 3.45–4.15pm
  • Movers: Saturdays 8.55–9.25, 9.00–9.30 or 9.30–10.00am
